I’m thrilled to announce a brand‑new treatment coming very soon.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage! And to celebrate its launch, I’ll be offering it at a reduced introductory rate of £35. If you’ve been looking for a gentle, detoxifying, deeply restorative treatment, this could be just what your body needs.
What Is Lymphatic Drainage Massage?
Lymphatic drainage massage is a soft, rhythmic massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system — the body’s natural fluid‑filtering and waste‑clearing mechanism. It uses gentle strokes to guide lymph fluid toward working lymph nodes, helping the body to clear excess fluid, toxins, and waste material. It’s not deep, hard massage; it’s light, mindful, and very supportive.
Why Try It? The Many Benefits
Here’s why I believe this treatment will make a positive difference for many of my clients:
Reduced swelling and fluid retention — If you ever feel puffy, heavy, or bloated, this massage helps move excess fluid out of the tissues.
Boosted immune support & detoxification — By helping the lymphatic system work more efficiently, this massage assists in flushing out toxins and supporting immune health.
Relief from discomfort / post‑surgery or post‑injury swelling — It’s especially valuable after injuries, surgery, or when healing bruises, helping to reduce inflammation and promote faster recovery.
Improved skin appearance & glow — With better lymph flow, you may notice reduced puffiness, a brighter complexion, and possibly a softer, more even skin texture.
Calm, relaxation, reduced stress — The gentle strokes and soothing pace help calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and promote a sense of deep relaxation.
Joint mobility & less stiffness — When there is swelling around joints (from fluid build up), this massage can help ease stiffness and improve comfort and movement.
What to Expect
During your session, you’ll lie comfortably while I use light, intentional strokes along specific lymphatic pathways. The pressure will always be gentle — enough to encourage movement of fluid, but never painful. I’ll pay special attention to regions where lymph nodes are concentrated (neck, underarms, groin) and areas of congestion you may feel.
The treatment feels deeply relaxing — some clients drift off, others report feeling lighter, less bloated, more energised afterward.
Special Introductory Rate
To celebrate the arrival of this new offering, You will receive the treatment at a reduced rate. It’s my way of saying thank you for trusting me to explore this healing together. Full pricing will begin once the introductory period ends, so this is a great chance to try it at a lower cost.
If you’re curious, feel heavy, tired, struggling with swelling or just want to feel more “in flow” with your body, this could be a beautiful treatment for you. I can’t wait to share this new modality and help you on your wellness journey.
Watch this space for the official launch date, and be sure to be among the first to enjoy lymphatic drainage massage at the special rate! 🌿
Lymphatic Drain Massage will be available to book on the website from 27th October
