All bookings require a non refundable deposit. Your appointment will only be confirmed once your deposit has been received.

Cancellations And Lateness
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment,

we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in

the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely

manner will be made. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes

into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show”

and you will lose your deposit. A new deposit will be

required to make another appointment.
All cancellations require 24hrs notice, if you wish to reschedule your

appointment, a new appointment must be made within 1 month of

the original appointment date, and your deposit will be transferred,

if you wish to just cancel your appointment you will unfortunately

lose your deposit.

via WhatsApp, social media, or email almapuratherapies@outlook.com,

I will not be able to message back straight away if I am with a client, but will respond as soon as I am available.
